This was a trip about family, an opportunity for the children to see some of the amazing things that Indonesia, particularly Komodo, can throw up. I had two real photo requests at the start, the opportunity to see frog fish and mandarin fish, and both were duly delivered. Wonderful crew, amazing leadership by Karl and Linda, great food and great boat (best I’ve seen, and I’ve seen a few…). Alltogether a most amazing and enjoyable trip, one I will be doing each year in the years to come, Alor in 2011, can’t wait! Komodo, June 2010.
