Eleven days aboard the Seven Seas, plenty of time to evaluate ship and crew. The words that come to mind are professional, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and more. The diving experience was unmatched in my thirty eight years of sport diving. Safety was appropriately first, followed closely by an effort to make sure each diver got what they were looking for. Nothing exceeded the wonder and joy of watching the oceanic mantas …… and nothing ever will, I would guess. And yes, Linda and Karl set a tone for the crew of supportive presence without intrusiveness, from dives to dinner. This was a wonderful setting for our seminars on marine conservation interventions. In sum, the Seven Seas experience could not have been better from my perspective and I am most grateful to Karl and Linda and the crew for their hospitality. Raja Ampat, March 2013.
