To all on the Sevenseas. Firstly, we want to thank Karl and the land girls, Guteri and Candra for arranging to pick us up from Waisai after we delayed our trip due to the sudden, tragic passing of our best friend do the John Stark who, with his wife Theresia and the girls, Lexi, Cath, and Vicky are well known to the crew and guests. They had been looking forward so much to the trip, but alas the Almighty had a different plan for John. We did, however. Give him a good send off and the sunset on the eve of his funeral testimony. From our side there are so many things about a trip on the Sevenseas to write about, the beauty of Raja Ampat Islands that are otherwise only seen on National Geograpic, the diving is top drawer, the magnificent ship, food, but above all the striking feature is the crew – They are just so special that we’d return Just to be with them – well done to you all.
